The proposed site location for the Materials and Life Sciences Building II on the University Park campus is located on the corner of Bigler Road and Pollock Road. The site is currently occupied by recreational soccer fields, eight tennis courts, and two roller hockey rinks. Most of the site demolition is projected to go smoothly due to the large grass soccer fields occupying the majority of the site. The most demolition will be needed to remove the tennis courts and hockey rinks. Since the site is mainly grass land and not a previous structure, the demolition is not forecasted to be a problem.
